He said: “I watched the Red Arrows on Blue Peter as a kid and it was lovely for my wife Donna and I to be able to take our daughters Freya (11) and Emilie (8) to see the training session. They really enjoyed it.”

The RAF's iconic stunt flying team have been training in the skies over Easter Ross this week - flying out of RAF Lossiemouth in Moray before crossing the Moray Firth near Nairn and heading north to the skies over the Tain Range and the Dornoch Firth.
