VISITORS to the Highland Military Tattoo at Fort George in September are in for an extra treat, courtesy of neighbouring Castle Stuart Golf Links.

A lucky audience member at each evening performance of the Tattoo will win the opportunity to tee off at the renowned course – host of this year’s Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open – thanks to the three four-ball rounds which Castle Stuart have donated to the event.

Stuart McColm, general manager of Castle Stuart Golf Links, said: "We are delighted to offer our support to the Highland Military Tattoo which is a major event in the area’s calendar. It is extremely important to the local economy and helps attract

many visitors to this part of the world."

The winning tickets will be drawn on each evening of the Tattoo which runs from Friday to Sunday, September 9-11. There is also a matinee performance on Saturday, September 10.

Tickets for the event, which is supported by EventScotland, a team within VisitScotland’s Events Directorate, are now on sale from Ticketline, Eden Court and The Highlanders’ Museum at Fort George.

More information is available at www.highlandmilitarytattoo.com and you can follow the Tattoo on Twitter @HMTFortGeorge.
