Sutherland clubs set to take part in Highland Amateur Cup

SUTHERLAND clubs are taking part in the preliminary round of the Highland Amateur Cup which takes place tomorrow.

Lochinver have home advantage as they welcome Lybster to Culag Park. The winner will travel to Inver in the first round on May 13.

Four Sutherland teams are on the road to Caithness in their preliminary round clashes.

Brora Wanderers are set to face Keiss with their match switched to Ham Park in Dunnet at 3pm. The winners face Thurso Pentland.

Lochbroom will also take on Caithness opposition when they face Watten, with tie being played at Ormlie Park in Thurso at 3pm. The winners host Wick Groats.

Lairg Rovers travel up to the end of the road when they take on John O’Groats at 1pm with the winner facing Castletown.

Golspie Stafford take on Thurso Swifts at The Dammies at 3pm.

The winners host Invergordon in the first round.
