Success for RDGC pair at Bonar

THE annual mixed open was held at Bonar Bridge on Sunday.

A good field arrived from many Sutherland and Ross-shire Clubs to support the event.

The results were:

Scratch — Peter and June Haworth (RDGC) 84.

Handicap: 1 Iain and Elizabeth Henderson (RDGC) 69 (bih); 2 Roddy Laing and Avril Cowie (BBA) 69 (bih); 3 George Reat (BBA) and Mora Douglas (RDGC) 69; 4 Nigel Baird and Jeani Hunter (BBA) 69.5 (bih); 5 John Alford (RDGC) and Anne Duff (Golspie) 69.5.
