GOLSPIE'S own racing driver Lewis Williamson celebrated a notable victory this week after he and his team-mates lifted the 2018 Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup Pro-Am Drivers Title.

Williamson lifted the trophy along with Strakka Racing co-drivers Chris Buncombe and Nick Leventis.

The team finished eighth in class.

Afterwards Williamson said: "That was a hard race. It would have been great to have won our class today but I'm delighted to take the championship.

"The team has put in a huge amount of hard work to make this first season with the Mercedes-AMG so successful and I'm looking forward to next year."
