Edinburgh golfer wins Royal Dornoch Masters

Edinburgh golfer Kieran Cantley was crowned king of the Royal Dornoch Masters after winning the Tartan Pro Tour event.

The 23-year-old took the £4000 prize and trophy after seeing off Motherwell's Paul O'Hara after three play-off holes.

Both men finished level on six under par with both players hitting rounds of 66 and 68.

Last year's champion Chris Maclean finished third on four under par.

He was in the lead after day one hitting a 65, but a 71 on the second day cost him his defence of the title.
