East Sutherland Athletics Club produce superb performances in Inverness

Young runners from East Sutherland Athletics Club produced an exceptional set of results in the RAM League at Inverness on Sunday.
Harry Fleming got things started by setting a new personal best performance in the 800 metres for Under 11 boys, with a time of two minutes and 58 seconds, followed closely by his training partner, Hamish Bannerman in 3.03 seconds.
Reuben Urquhart was next to record a new personal best, as he won the race for Under 13 boys by a huge margin, with a time of 2 mins and 33 seconds.
In the equivalent race for girls, Lottie Muir was just outside her personal, with a time of 2.54.
All four ESAC runners in the Under-17 race recorded new personal best, led by Liam Vass with an exceptional time of 2.086 secs, followed by John-Michael Diracles (2.13), Boris Pavlenko (2.17) and Sam Scott (2.22).
Eoghann Gollan was in a class of his own, as he cruised to victory in the Senior Men's race, with a new personal best of 2.03 seconds.
Kara Mackay judged her pace perfectly in the race for Under-15 girls, and recorded a new personal best of 3.05 seconds, as did Eilidh Fisher in the Under-17's race, who recorded an identical time.
In the 200 metres, there were new personal best for Reagan Harkiss, with a time of 36.1 seconds, and Logan Urquhart 36.4 seconds.
