Brora Rangers battered Forres Mechanics at Mosset Park to keep the pace on the top two Buckie Thistle and Fraserburgh in the Highland League.

Max Ewan scored Brora's first two goals in the half and after Dale Gillespie scored a penalty, he completed his hat-trick eight minutes before half time.

Andrew Macrae then scored a hat-trick in a nine minute period before Jordan Macrae completed the rout with 27 minutes still to spare.

Brora remain three points behind leaders Fraserburgh and two points behind second place Buckie Thistle.
