BRORA Rangers have secured the services of 19-year-old Andrew Greig from Inverness Caledonian Thistle on a two-year contract.

Brora manager, Andy MacLeod tells the Northern Times: "Andrew is a young, up and coming, enthusiastic midfielder and his energy will be a real asset to our squad.

"We have managed to sign Andrew on a two year contract and are delighted he chose Brora ahead of other teams which were chasing him."

He added: "Andrew has joined the other new members of our squad with a great deal of anticipation for the coming season."

Brora begin their pre-season programme with a glamour friendly against Ross County at Dudgeon Park next Wednesday (July 4). Three days later (July 7) they entertain Cowdenbeath and on Tuesday, July 17 they have another glamour tie against English division one side Coventry City.

Brora complete their pre-season matches with another home match against Stirling Albion on Saturday, July 21.
