Brora Rangers have hired Michael Mackenzie and Jordan Macdonald to their management team.

Brora Rangers have confirmed they have appointed Jordan MacDonald and Michael MacKenzie as First Team Performance Coach and First Team Coach.

The duo have signed up to join manager Steven Mackay for the new Highland League campaign which begins next month.

Macdonald is a former manager with Clachnacuddin who worked with Michael Mackenzie at the Inverness club where they spent three years.

Mackay says he was delighted to be joined in the dugout by both men and think their expertise will benefit the Cattachs.

Speaking on club social media, Mackay said: “We are delighted that Jordan and Michael have agreed to join us and we are extremely excited to work with them.

“Both come with a lot of Highland League and coaching experience which will benefit the talented squad that we have.

“They are a Highland League management team in their own right so for them to agree to join us speaks volumes for the club and what we are trying to build.”

Also speaking about joining Brora Rangers on club social media, MacDonald said: “It was an opportunity you don’t turn down.”

Macdonald said: “We know from previous outings how good Brora are with the calibre of players they have got.”
