Brora Rangers head to Edinburgh to play next pre-season friendly

BRORA Rangers continue their pre-season schedule ahead of the new Highland League campaign as they face League Two outfit Spartans in Edinburgh.
The Cattachs will take on the Lowland League champions, who won promotion to League Two after defeating Albion Rovers in the play-off final at the end of last season.
The match is scheduled to kick-off at Ainslie Park at 3pm tomorrow afternoon.
Brora Rangers started their pre-season preparations against fellow Highland League outfit Forres Mechanics in a closed door friendly at the Highland Football Academy in Dingwall last Saturday.
Brora Rangers came out on top as they won the friendly match 4-2.
The friendly saw goalkeeper Joe Malin returning from injury along with new signing Paul Brindle, finding the net during the win.
The draw for the first round of the SPFL Trust Trophy will see Brora Rangers take on Aberdeen B at Dudgeon Park.
The tie will be on either Tuesday, August 1 or Wednesday, August 2. The winners will host Peterhead in the second round on August 15 or August 16.
