Brora Rangers head to Wick Academy while Golspie Sutherland travel to Strathspey Thistle in North of Scotland Cup

BRORA Rangers will start their defence of the North of Scotland Cup at Wick Academy in a far north derby.

Both teams have been given a bye in the first round and will meet each other in the quarter finals at Harmsworth Park on August 18.

North Caledonian League champions Golspie Sutherland will start their tournament in the first round against Strathspey Thistle at Grantown on Spey on July 28.

The winners will travel to Clachnacuddin in the quarter finals.

Nairn County v Lossiemouth

Forres Mechanics v Rothes

Ties to be played on Wednesday, July 28.

Quarter finals

Clachnacuddin v Strathspey Thistle or Golspie Sutherland

Wick Academy v Brora Rangers

Nairn County or Lossiemouth v Fort William

Forres Mechanics or Rothes v Elgin City

Ties to be played on Wednesday, August 18.
