Brora golfer wins at home course in North Golf Winter Alliance

ROSS Naismith claimed victory in the latest round of the North Golf Winter Alliance at Brora Golf Club.

Naismith claimed victory by one shot ahead of Allan Cameron from Royal Dornoch Golf Club.

Naismith completed the course in a round of 68 with Cameron one shot behind on 69.

David Joel finished three shots behind with 71 to claim third place.

Darren Hexley of Golspie Golf Club won the category one section with Roy Page from Lybster winning category two and Sarah Meiklejohn from Reay winning the ladies competition.
