Bonar Bridge end losing streak with first win of the season in North Caledonian League as they beat Nairn County A

Bonar Bridge have won their first game this season in the North Caledonian League with a 4-2 victory over Nairn County A.

Bonar went 2-0 up at Migdale within the first five minutes with Adam Mackay scoring in the first minute and Jack Corbett doubling their advantage.

Corbett put Bonar 3-0 up two minutes into the second half, but Robbie Lean pulled one back in the 52nd minute.

Bruce Urquhart restored their three goal advantage in the 55th minute with Kieran Thompson grabbing Nairn's second in the 72nd minute.

Inverness Athletic 2

Golspie Sutherland 3

Golspie Sutherland remain in second place in the North Caledonian League with victory over Inverness Athletic at North Kessock.

Sandy White put Athletic in front after four minutes, but Cameron Sutherland's two goals with Miller Mackay's strike on the stroke of half time inbetween gave Golspie victory.

Athletic reduced the deficit to one in the 89th minute through Aidan Hersee but Golspie held on.
