Unbelievables win quiz!

A fund raising quiz was held in The Store Café, Bettyhill, at the weekend in support of the Farr Edge, which provides a range of services for children from the village and its environs.

Quiz master was Pete Malone, proprietor of Bettyhill General Merchants and keeping the score was his wife, Susan, a former Maths teacher and currently Bettyhill Post Mistress.

There were seven teams competing with "The Unbelievables" coming in first with 63 points closely followed by "The Europeans" with 57.5.

More than £200 was raised for Farr Edge funds.
