BBC's description of the episode is: "Ramsay MacMahon is ever in search of unforgettable weekends full of adventure and fun, and for him the possibilities are endless in Scotland.

"For this weekend’s trip Ramsay heads up north to Ullapool and the wilderness of the Coigach peninsula. He wastes no time getting the weekend started with a bracing dook in Loch Toll an Lochain at the foot of An Teallach. It is then time to head back to the car where he travels along Destitution Road to reach Ullapool.

"After a night spent in a cosy bothan, Ramsay then heads further north west to learn about the area’s history. Always looking for the next adrenaline rush, Ramsay then takes a trip out to the Summer Isles in a sea kayak and faces a steep abseil down Reiff’s sea cliffs."
