Two charged in fatal A9 crash

Police Scotland have confirmed that two men have been charged in connection with a fatal road traffic collision on the A9.

Gregor Macintosh, 16, from Inverness died in the incident at the Munlochy Junction on the Black Isle around 6.55pm on Friday, 20 December, 2019.

The two men – aged 18 and 48 – have been charged with causing death by careless driving and reports have been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

They are both expected to appear in court in due course.
