Tributes have been paid to a mother-of-two who tragically died during a charity fundraising challenge.
Laura Marcelin (44) collapsed while taking part in a 13-mile walk for the Great Wilderness Challenge in Wester Ross on Saturday.
Although she was born in Scotland, the healthcare worker lived in Cork, Ireland, with her husband, Andrew and their children, Jay and Mia.

Mourners have posted messages of condolences to her family and also tributes to her work as a healthcare worker describing her as "a fantastic carer" and saying she would be greatly missed.

Emergency services, including paramedics, went to the scene after Mrs Marcelin collapsed at Inveran near Poolewe during the event.
In a post on the Great Wilderness Challenge website, the organisers said: "Our hearts go out to the family and friends of the deceased at this very sad and difficult time.
"Words cannot express our collective sadness on a day which had started with such happiness and goodwill."
