But the hearing did not proceed after two Crown witnesses failed to turn up.

Sheriff Ian Miller issued warrants in respect of both, with the trial re-scheduled for Tuesday, August 23.

Twenty-eight-year-old Sutherland, of Fascally Cottages, denied breaching the non-harassment order on September 11, 2021 by contacting his former or ex partner in Lybster when banned from doing so by an order granted at Tain Sheriff Court in November 2020.

He further denies committing the breach, while on bail.
