Talmine beach 'cold water dipping' part of Kyle Centre activity programme

North Coast Connection, which runs the Kyle Centre wellbeing hub in Tongue, hosted a cold water dipping session at Talmine Beach last Saturday.

The session was taken by Rhoda Kennedy and Caroline Watson of outdoor activity company Wet n Wild. Wetsuits were supplied as well as hot drinks and ‘treats’.

North Coast Connection has launched its Widening Horizons Activity Programme which runs until April.

As well as cold water dipping, it includes Couch to 5k and surfing.

There are also "Craft, Cake and Craic" sessions.
