The group is now looking for a new treasurer. Other Trustees are Charles Minall, Caroline Cousins, Jennifer Duncan, Angela Grant and Rachel MacDonell.

After last year's minutes were approved and the financial report presented, Mrs Gibson gave a quick resume of the year's activities until the onset of Covid-19, which caused a scaling back. A request by Rachel MacDonell to amend the constitution to include meetings by Zoom was approved.

The meeting was told that Tracey Campbell would return from furlough to resume her footcare service at the start of August. Forum service manager Isobel Murray hoped to operate longer office opening hours.

Members were also informed that waste food from the Co-op would be available as usual for collection from the office on Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Safety precautions are being undertaken with visitors to the office required to wear a mas and use the hand sanitser provided on entering and leaving. Track and Trace is also being operated.

Mrs Gibson and her team of volunteers were thanked for their work during the last four months to make food available to those in need.
