A property company is currently marketing an area of the Dunnet Bay coastline including two beaches for sale at offers over £125,000 and expects great interest from "lifestyle buyers" and surfers.
The 30.71 acres of land is situated at Mill Park by Castletown and consists of "a stunning coastal block of grazing ground, foreshore, two small beaches" along with approximately half-a-mile of frontage onto the bay.
