Art Exhibition

Step into the world of acclaimed Dornoch artist Sally Wild as she launches a captivating retrospective art exhibition ‘Sally Wild The Creative Life’ at Dornoch Social Club tomorrow.

On display will be work going back decades including her colourful, handmade sketches, traditional rugs, etchings, linocuts and wood engravings as well as watercolours.

Sally’s work has been described as “reflecting the beauty, wonder and whimsy of her northern surroundings.

The exhibition runs daily from 10.30am-4.30pm until June 25. A percentage of the sales will go to the Highland Hospice.

Climate Fringe Festival

‘Do What You Can’ event at Halladale Community Hall today from 2pm. Clothes swish, sewing and upcycling workshops and film screening. Part of the Climate Fringe Festival 2023.
