ROSS-SHIRE's best-known new Dad has given a strong endorsement to the team at NHS Highland following the birth of his son.

Luke Stoltman has taken the time to hail the infant feeding service at NHS Highland following the birth of Koa Devaki on February 1.

Luke took to social media last week to share a photograph of the new bundle of joy along with his wife, Kushi.

In a new post that has been shared by NHS Highland, he says: "Huge thank you to the team at NHS Highland.

"The infant feeding service they offered was really incredible and gave Kushi Stoltman and me a lot of confidence going home.

"The midwives and nurses were absolutely amazing and so kind and patient with us. Thank you for making our experience really special."

He added: "It’s a free service and there’s a link below to tell your story on the service they provide if you have used it."

NHS Highland responded: "Thank you for such positive feedback - we're slightly biased but we absolutely agree that are teams are fantastic!

"Huge congratulations to you both on your new arrival."

The new arrival came just days after Luke shared the podium of Britain's Strongest Man along with his little brother, Tom, who claimed the title.

Luke and Kushi have been inundated with good wishes from supporters near and far.
