Strath Fleet Buttons and Bows church concert at Dornoch 'brought a lovely warm glow on a cold November evening'

St Finnbarr's Scottish Episcopal Church in Dornoch hosted accordion and fiddle club Strath Fleet Buttons and Bows for a wonderful Autumn Concert of traditional Scottish Music last Friday, November 10.

Members of the group lifted up their fiddles, accordions, guitars and whistles to entertain the audience who had gathered from Dornoch and beyond.

Father Simon Scott, the priest in charge at St Finnbarr's, said, "What a joy to welcome this brilliant group of local musicians to St Finnbarr's who brought a lovely warm glow on a cold November evening.

"A retiring collection raised £260 and these funds will be divided between Stath Fleet Buttons and Bows and St Finnbarr's Church. Our thanks to all our wonderful players and those who came to support them."
