Scourie primary and primary nursery closed today

A primary school and primary nursery in north-west Sutherland joins four other Highland schools not operating today.

Highland Council have confirmed on their school closures web page that Scourie Primary and Scourie Primary Nursery will be closed until further notice.

The closure follows reports from residents of a loss of water supply due to an ongoing fault.

Muck Primary and Primary Nursery, and Rum Primary and Primary Nursery are also closed.

Details of closures or services affecting school opening times can be found every morning from 7am via the Highland Council website here or via their pre-recorded message service on 0800 564 2272 (school PIN required).
