Santa Claus will be bringing some Christmas magic to Dornoch on Saturday.

Accompanying him will be his elves along with members of the volunteer lifeboat service.

The entourage will set out at 6pm and the route includes Argyle Street, Elizabeth Crescent and Gardens.

The procession will also visit Stafford Road, Bishopfield Road, School Hill, Allan Gardens, Castle Street, Sutherland Road, Ross Aveneu, Mackay Road, Rowan Avenue and Rowan Crescent.

And Camore residents need not worry – Santa and ESRA members fully intend to make it there as well.

The rescue association, which is based at Dornoch beach, exists on fundraising and donations and a bucket collection will be held.
