REMEMBRANCE: Melvich Primary School pupils attend Friday service at war memorial

Melvich Primary School pupils were joined by Rev Jerry Taylor of Thurso and North Coast Free Church for a Remembrance service at the community's war memorial last Friday, November 10.

The school's house captains Kamryn Mackay, Matthew MacKintosh and Emily Farquhar laid a wreath in memory of those who died in the service of their country.

“The Flowers of the Forest” lament was played by piper and P1-4 teacher, Carol-Anne Farquhar.
