Ingredients

18 cocktail sticks

18 jumbo king prawns

9 rashers of streaky bacon

4 tbsp olive oil

Paprika to dust

1 tube of Primula Cheese and Prawn

Limes (to serve)

Method

Take the Primula Cheese and Prawn from the fridge and set aside.

Cut the bacon rashers in half lengthways, then tightly wrap them around the middle of the prawns. Secure with cocktail sticks.

Brush each blanket with olive oil. Grill for five to 10 minutes, turning regularly. Cook until the prawns are pink and the bacon is golden and crispy.

Squeeze the Primula Cheese and Prawn into a small dish.

Lightly dust the Primula cheese with paprika and squeeze a lime over the prawns. Dip the prawns into the sauce and enjoy!
