“Prime lambs were in high demand with well fleshed heavy lambs proving easy to cash. A shortage of pure ewes forward today resulted in the overall average being less than previous sale although all classes were in high demand.

"ANM Group is proud to support and donate lambs to the Lamb for St Andrew’s Day Campaign. Over 30,000 pupils from across 180 Scottish schools will celebrate St Andrew’s Day by cooking and enjoying Scotch Lamb led by the Institute of Auctioneers. We would like to thank W & I Gunn, Murza Farm, Bower for donating a lamb to the campaign in today’s sale at Quoybrae.”
