Police appeal for information after cat shooting in Scourie

Police in north-west Sutherland are appealing for information following a report of a pet cat having been shot with a BB type gun. The cat sustained an injury which required treatment.

The incident is believed to have occurred in the area of Moffat Square, Scourie, Sutherland and happened between February 8-12.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at Ullapool or Rhiconich via 101 quoting incident number 2657 of 19/02/24.
