Police appeal for info

Police are appealing for information concerning a break-in near Lochinver.

Between Saturday, 12th May, and Sunday 24th June, a break in occurred at a house in the Clashmore area of Lochinver, known as Park View, where some items of property were removed.

Police would like to hear from anyone who remembers seeing any suspicious person/s in the area of Clashmore or Stoerhead Lighthouse during these dates or has any information to offer.

The person/s repsonsible may not have had use of a vehicle and may have been on foot.

Police also ask if anyone who is a keyholder for any vacant property in the area or lives beside any vacant property to check and keep an eye on the property whilst it is unoccupied.
