Jaguar being driven 'dangerously' on A9 in Ross-shire sparks appeal from Police Scotland

'DANGEROUS' driving on the A9 in Ross-shire has sparked a police appeal for help tracing the motorist behind the wheel.

Officers in Alness have urged anyone with information to come forward after reports of a dark-coloured Jaguar being driven "in a dangerous manner" whilst travelling north on the busy trunk road near to The Storehouse of Foulis on Monday, August 31.

Police said that the car then turned off into Alness, via the Skiach Road on the B9176.

"If you have any information about this crime you can 101 or if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or online at crimestoppers-uk.org ," said a polices spokesman. "No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court."
