Nearly 200 people, including friends and family from across Scotland, attended a service led by Rev Ben Fiddian and Rev Iain Macaskill. This was followed by a barbecue, fellowship, speeches and singing at the church.

Rev MacInnes has worked as ministry support worker at the church since July 2020 alongside previous minister Rev Duncan Macleod and is well known locally.
