Organisers of the annual Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival are celebrating a top award.

A key date in any local music fan's calendar, the event was named best large festival at Thursday night's Scottish E Awards in Edinburgh.

A spokesman for Belladrum said: "We are delighted to have won best large festival at the Scottish E Awards last night!

"A huge thank you to the wider Bella team, our sponsors, partners and pals, the incredible artists and entertainers, our delightful market and food traders and, of course, our wonderful audience for making Bella what it is today."

This year's festival runs from July 27-29, with the line-up including Travis, Sigrid, Bastille, Sam Ryder and Peat & Diesel.
