Mikeysline to run free mental health training as part of Kyle of Sutherland Resilience project

Mikeysline is to deliver free mental health training at Ardgay as part of the Kyle of Sutherland Resilience project.

The sessions will take place at the Community Bothy, Drovers Square, on November 15.

Community sessions for all ages are being held from 1pm-2pm and 7.30pm-8.30pm. Tea, coffee and cake will be on offer.

An after-school youth session for secondary school pupils has been scheduled for 4.15pm-5pm. Those who take part will receive an attendance certificate and a free chocolate bar.
