Kessock Bridge reopens following police incident

Kessock Bridge has reopened after being closed due to a police incident.

The section of the A9 was closed in both directions from around 11.50pm last night and was clear by 3.07am today.

It is unclear what action emergency services took in the area.

It added extra time to the journey for some motorists returning home after watching Celtic win 3-1 against Caley Thistle at Hampden in Glasgow.
