Police are appealing for information after a vehicle caused damage to stonework in Golspie.

Coping stones at the turning in the village from Fountain Road to Hen’s Walk were found to have been damaged.

A police spokesman said: “The damage has been caused by a blue coloured vehicle likely to be of van size or similar. It is believed to have happened on Monday, January 25.”

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or report to Golspie Police Station citing incident number-NE391-21.
