AN historic Inverness landmark has been targeted by traffic cone pranksters again.

It is thought the tricksters struck at the Three Graces statues – representing Faith, Hope and Charity – outside Ness Bank Church some time last night.

The cones are understood to have been taken from the nearby one-way system introduced around Inverness Castle.

The statues had similar disrespectful treatment in November 2018, leading to local anger.

The Three Virtues were sculpted by Andrew Davidson in the 1870s and were installed at their present riverside location in 2011.
