Highland councillors give go-ahead to Coul Links golf course application

The highly controversial application to build a golf course at Coul Links, near Embo, has just gained planning approval.

Members of the North Planning Applications Committee voted 8:6 minutes ago to approve the application for an 18-hole championship links course with associated infrastructure.
