Coverage on YouTube will start at 10am, with the meeting beginning at 10.30am.

Highland Council Convener Bill Lobban said: “The level of response to the budget engagement has demonstrated the high level of interest that people have in council services.

“Making the meeting available on YouTube ensures that more people have access and engage with the budget decisions we need to make, and how those may impact our communities as we plan for the next three years.”

The budget meeting can be watched across mobile, tablet and smart TVs using the YouTube app or via this weblink on desktop devices via The Highland Council YouTube channel.
