HR offering added to north of Scotland business consultancy

A leading north of Scotland business advice and accountancy firm has strengthened its offering to clients across the country with the addition of an established HR consultancy business.
Adhoc HR has joined the Golspie-based Mackay & Co group, which serves clients across Scotland and the UK from its offices in the Highlands, Argyll and Aberdeenshire.
The Mackay & Co group consists of chartered accountants Mackay & Co CA, business consultancy division GHRL, and now Adhoc HR.
The move brings over 40 years’ combined HR experience to Mackay & Co as it strengthens its consultancy offering, providing a comprehensive suite of business advisory services.
Adhoc HR, which will continue to trade under the same name, was established in Muir-of-Ord in 2017 by director Colin McAndrew, who has previously worked in senior HR roles for high profile organisations such as Amazon, Honeywell, GE and Global Energy Group. For the past four years he has been using his expertise to support SMEs in the north of Scotland.
