AS today is National Selfie Day, the Highland Hospice is encouraging its supporters to get out on their Great Heilan' Coo Trail.

The hospice would love to see peoples selfies with the decorated coos which are located in communities - including Dornoch - where there is a hospice shop.

To take part, grab you selfie and tag them with #cootrail and #highlandhospice on social media.

Communications assistant for the Coo Trail, Ryan Macrae, said: “As it’s National Selfie Day I really thought there was no better opportunity than to encourage people to get their coo selfies in.

"We are loving seeing everyone’s photos with our coos and look forward to seeing lots today, so get tagging us!”
