Get a year’s subscription to Northern Times for a £25 charity donation
Our community of digital subscribers is growing rapidly, and we’re giving you an unmissable opportunity to join them. Highland News & Media is offering a 12-month Digital+ subscription to our 11 titles, including Northern Times, for just £25 – with all the money going to charity.
The deal is in support of content editor Andy Dixon’s participation in this year’s Strictly Inverness dance contest, which will see all the money collected from this promotion going to Highland Hospice and Inverness Ice Centre.
Our Digital+ subscription, which usually costs £49.88 per year, grants you access to our websites, news app, e-editions of our newspapers and invites to exclusive events.
“We’ve been the media partner of this wonderful event since day one and whenever I went to the final, I always thought: ‘I’d love to do that’,” Andy said of his participation in the annual event that has generated more than £2 million for Highland Hospice and Inverness Ice Centre since it launched in 2010.
“During my career I’ve written, edited and read countless articles about the tremendous work the hospice does and anyone I’ve spoken to about the cause always speaks so highly of it.
“Sadly, I have friends and family who have had cancer so this is an opportunity to give something back.”
The 39-year-old father-of-two added: “I also want to show my girls that if they put their mind to something, they can do it.”
HNM is Andy’s corporate sponsor and by using the code STRICTLY from February 9-12 you can get your first year of Digital+ access to Northern Times and all other HNM titles for just £25 – half the normal price.
All of the money will be donated to Andy’s Strictly Inverness fundraising campaign to be split between the Highland Hospice and Inverness Ice Centre.
