Free mindfulness course on offer to Goslpie and district residents

A free, eight-week mindfulness course is being offered to people aged 18 and over living in Golspie and the surrounding area.

The Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) is being made available by development Group Go Golspie and the Highland Mindfulness Group.

It starts on Tuesday, October 27, and will be delivered online via Zoom. Each session is two hours long and will take place from 7pm to 9pm.

The course is certificated by the Mindfulness Association and centres on kindness and compassion.
