The following Sunday there's a chance to try out a family yoga session and enjoy soup and sandwiches after at the first pop-up café.

A Singing for Health session follows on Wednesday, March 15, from 7pm-9pm and on Saturday, March 25, from 2pm-4pm.

The holistic evening on Friday, March 17, from 7pm-9pm provides a chance to experience new therapies, from an immersive sound bowl session, a healthy cooking demonstration where you can learn about the health benefits of kimchi to a mindful art session with Jo Henderson from Lairg Learning Centre.

The festival will close with another family yoga session on Sunday, March 26, followed by a pop-up café.

The festival has been funded through the Highland Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, supported by the Scottish Government and Highland Third Sector Interface.
