Durness Primary School closed today due to 'unforeseen circumstances'

A north-west Sutherland primary school has closed its doors today due to “unforeseen circumstances".

Highland Council has said Durness primary and nursery class will not operate today.

Details of closures or services affecting school opening times can be found every morning from 7am via the Highland Council website here or via their pre-recorded message service on 0800 564 2272 (school PIN required).
