Drumbeg native Rory Matheson joins Gary Innes and Ewen Henderson for an evening of tunes, songs and stories at Lairg.
It promises to be an unforgettable evening of tunes, songs and stories.
Highland musicians Gary Innes and Ewen Henderson will perform at Lairg Community Centre on Friday, February 28, with special guest, Drumbeg native Rory Matheson.
Although most commonly found performing with the multi award-winning band Mànran, Gary and Ewen have travelled the world as a duo including a tour of the entire west coast coast of the United States in a convertible Mustang.
From Spean Bridge, Gary first picked up the accordion at the age of eight and has never looked back.
Ewen hails from Lochaber and was steeped in traditional music and Gaelic culture from an early age. He began learning fiddle at the age of five and has since mastered an impressive array of instruments.
When not touring live, he is in demand as a session musician and has composed soundtracks for film and television.
Joining them is Rory Matheson who grew up playing the accordion but switched to the piano in his teenage years and found a passion for accompaniment. A graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, he is a founding member of Glasgow band TRIP.
Tickets priced at £19.00/£13.60 can be purchased on Eventbrite.
