Dornoch student's stellar exam performance wins her Dux award

Dornoch Academy student Hannah Grewcock has been named as the school’s Dux for the 2020/21 academic year.

The hard-working teenager, who is now in sixth year, won the award after achieving the top A1 grade in all six of her Higher exams.

Hannah (17) is now studying for four advanced Highers while undertaking two research projects.

She was presented with a handsome bowl engraved with her name and the school crest by Norman Ross, acting head of the Dornoch Firth 3-18 Campus. Her parents Clive and Vicki Grewcock attended the presentation.
