Shoe retailer closes its doors at the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness

Footwear store Schuh has closed at the Eastgate Shopping Centre.

A sign appeared on the store yesterday, saying it has closed the branch and customers can visit the new store at Inverness Shopping Park.

Chris Kershaw, manager at the Eastgate Shopping Centre said: "It was always a possibility that they would close with the opening of their new store, but it is a disappointment to lose such a popular retailer within the centre."
